Welcome to Jordan Evaluation Systems! Our goal is to help educators succeed by providing them with meaningful feedback for improvement. The information found on this site is designed to help you know how to prepare for an evaluation - either as the employee or as the evaluator. Every employee is required by State law and State Board Rule to have their performance evaluated annually, and we hope to use that process to also help you be your best.
The current evaluation system is the Jordan Performance Appraisal System (JPAS). While revolutionary at its inception in 1994, it is time for a new system to be designed with today's educators, world, and tools in mind. The information on this site is all regarding JPAS, but check back for information about what's coming next. We can't wait!
NOTE FOR ADMINISTRATORS: Delegation lists will be sent out on or after August 10th in order to allow Qmlativ to roll staff lists into the current year. This will hopefully eliminate most of the changes to staff lists that you normally had to make as it is pulled directly from Qmlativ.
